About the Role
As an Online Shop Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service, picking products for online orders, offering suitable substitutions, and assisting customers with their orders. You will also ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Curbside area and provide support for customer inquiries related to the Curbside Program.
About You
Required:
- Ability to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently.
- Dexterous use of both hands and ability to stand and move about various workstations.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service or retail environments.
- Familiarity with grocery products and online shopping processes.
