About the Role
The Sales Representative will handle a high volume of warm, qualified leads daily, establish rapport with clients, assess their business needs, recommend suitable products, educate business owners using a proven sales script, provide outstanding customer service and follow-up, handle objections with persuasive rebuttals, and efficiently use CRM systems to manage consultations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Experience in call center or phone sales preferred.
- Ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations and build strong client relationships.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality with a collaborative attitude and willingness to embrace coaching.
- Initiative-taking and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Confidence in communication and decision-making, with professional presentation of ideas and solutions.

- Competitive compensation starting with an hourly wage equivalent to $35K annually plus uncapped commission during training, transitioning to an hourly draw equivalent to $40K annually with uncapped commissions, potential earnings between $60,000 and $200,000, plus additional bonuses and competitions.
