About the Role
As an Onsite Service Engineer, you will report to the Site Manager and conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. Your responsibilities include diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime, performing installations, ensuring safety compliance, and being the on-site contact for service recommendations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
- 1-3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum.
Preferred:
- Customer-facing experience.
- Strong customer focus and ability to meet customer expectations.
- Ability to share technical expertise and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
