About the Role
About You
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Experience with L2/L3 troubleshooting for Windows and MAC OS.
- Familiarity with Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop administration.
- Understanding of DHCP, IP routing, VPN, and firewall concepts.
- Experience in supporting minor hardware repairs for desktops and laptops.
- Experience in phone system administration.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation on ticketing tools.
