About the Role
As an Onsite Technical Lead, you will lead the design and development of microservices-based applications, architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, and facilitate team discussions while managing technical roadmaps. Occasional travel to Dallas for onsite meetings is required.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.
Preferred:
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management.
