About You
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 9+ years related human resources professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, including executive search.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in top-tier Alternative Investment firms.
- Familiarity with executive search, full cycle recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
