About the Role
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, circulate and/or scrub during surgeries, ensure sterile field and infection prevention protocols, manage surgical instruments and equipment, monitor patient condition during procedures, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians, assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care, and maintain accurate surgical documentation and safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Active Texas RN license (or compact license)
- 1–2+ years Operating Room experience required
- BLS certification required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in high-acuity surgical settings
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- CNOR certification preferred
