Summary

Fagron is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to join their team in Wichita, KS. The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operational performance across multiple 503B sterile compounding facilities.

About the Role

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions within a pharmaceutical environment. You will collaborate with various leaders to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while leading a team of Operational Excellence Engineers.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 3 years in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated GMP environment.
Proven experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence programs.
Strong working knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with digital manufacturing tools, MES, ERP, or advanced analytics.
