About the Role
As an Operational Excellence Specialist I, you will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational goals. Your responsibilities will include project support, data collection and analysis, providing foundational support for process improvement concepts, assisting in project planning, conducting productivity reviews, and generating reports to keep leadership informed on project statuses.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement or operations, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in basic data collection and analysis using tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Ability to create process maps and analyze workflows.
