About the Role
As an Operations & Distribution Manager, you will work closely with client organizations to address business challenges, implement solutions, and drive sustainable performance improvements. Your responsibilities will include coaching frontline managers, analyzing data to guide decision-making, and fostering teamwork among project members. This position requires extensive travel to client sites, with a focus on delivering value through effective consulting practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct supervision and management experience in Manufacturing, Distribution or Engineering industries.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience in conflict management and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
