Skin Pharm is seeking an Operations & Training Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on ensuring effective onboarding, training logistics, and operational coordination for clinical teams.
About the Role
As the Operations & Training Manager, you will be responsible for managing onboarding timelines, training logistics, platform setup, compliance tracking, and launch coordination. You will ensure that new providers are well-prepared and that clinics open on time, connecting the dots between People, Clinical, and Operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or healthcare administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with clinic or practice management platforms such as BLVD or Practice Fusion.
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Notion.
- Comfortable with 30% travel to support clinic launches and provider training.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
