About the Role
As the Operations Accounting Manager, you will act as a liaison between the internal finance organization and customer AP departments. You will oversee the invoicing and collection process, ensure world-class onboarding of new customers, and manage data integrity to improve processes. Your responsibilities will include collecting past due amounts, managing accounts to limit unbilled and past due accounts, and collaborating with customers for problem resolution.
About You
Required:
- 2 years experience in collections, accounts receivable or invoicing required.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in finance, supply chain, or another business-related field preferred.
- Previous Transportation experience a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
