About the Role
As an Operations Data Analyst, you will collect and analyze data across departments to monitor performance and operational health, develop and maintain KPI dashboards, and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with department heads to refine processes, present data insights to senior management, and ensure data integrity with IT while aligning data analysis with organizational goals.
About You
Required:
- Proficient in Smartsheet, Office Products, Domo, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Preferred:
- Capable of crafting and executing strategic plans that align with core values and goals.
