As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing functional support to portfolio managers and traders, establishing prospect accounts, ensuring timely onboarding of new accounts, performing verification checks on data entries, and understanding billing attributes. This position offers broad exposure to financial operations and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to learn and improve processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and process driven with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
