About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will investigate Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) alerts, review and process OFAC transactions, perform item processing functions, ensure quality service, assist with product implementation, and support operational solutions. You will also collect and interpret data to validate operational processes and build relationships with partners and teammates.
About You
Required:
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems while maintaining data integrity.
- Analytical and detail-oriented; ability to make accurate and timely decisions.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency and excellent keyboarding/typing skills/data entry.
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
Preferred:
- Previous Economic Sanctions, AML, Wire Transaction and/or previous Compliance experience.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation.
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints.
- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients.
