- 1-3 years experience in a related field.

- Ability to interface effectively with team members across various business functions.
- Detailed understanding of operations in a global medical device-manufacturing environment.
- Experience with high volume, high mix product portfolio.
- Experience with optimization tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering related fields, preferably Process Engineering or Biomedical/Bioengineering.
- Master's degree preferred.
