Summary
SEI is seeking an Operations Analyst, Reconciliation to join their Reconciliation team in Oaks, PA. The role involves acting as an intermediary between funds and fund accountant teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of custodial and prime broker accounts.
About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams to understand client portfolios and fund structures. You will perform various reconciliations, maintain security pricing details, manage documentation of processes, and communicate with internal and client teams to resolve issues. You will also participate in professional development sessions to identify process improvements and grow your career.
About You
Required:
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Internship experience.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and critical thinking to identify solutions and improve processes.
