About the Role
As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for running Epic reports, administering user access across various platforms, supporting employee lifecycle activities, coordinating training, managing shared inboxes, and providing operational support for firmwide initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within a Property and Casualty agency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Epic and carrier websites.
