About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming office environment, supporting communication between scholars, families, and staff, managing student data, assisting with facilities and purchasing, and providing operational support for school events and needs. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and contribute to the overall functioning of the school.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Some prior work experience in a customer service oriented field.
- Basic Excel and word processing proficiency.
