Legend Biotech is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Technical Operations team in Raritan, NJ. The role involves performing manufacturing procedures and executing scheduled tasks within a CGMP environment.
About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing operations team responsible for the production of autologous CAR-T products. Your responsibilities will include executing manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work in a cleanroom environment and handle human-derived materials while ensuring adherence to safety and documentation practices.
About You
Required:
- HS Diploma with 3-5 years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience, or an Associate's Degree in Life Sciences or Manufacturing with 2-3 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences with 0-2 years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience.
- Ability to interpret instructions in various forms and solve practical problems.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Process Excellence Tools.
- Experience operating manufacturing and lab equipment.
