About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that the partners can focus on high-value consulting by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, tracking project deadlines, and maintaining the integrity of Salesforce data. You will also identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve processes.
About You
Required:
- 2–4 years of professional administrative or operations experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and modern office technology.
Preferred:
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or HR/Benefits.

- $45k–$60k salary (commensurate with experience).
