About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations related to Cell and Gene shipments, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and quality. Your tasks will include coordinating shipments, preparing packaging, dispatching drivers, and ensuring proper handling and storage of shipments. You will also work with regulatory teams to ensure trade compliance and utilize technology for monitoring shipments.

About You

Required:

Professional experience in customer service operations, preferably in international air freight, logistics, or distribution.
Strong customer focus and commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word.

Preferred:

Previous experience in Export, Import, and Transport.
Experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
