About the Role
As an Operations Director, you will coordinate and approve proposal activities, material and labor estimates, and ensure successful execution of programs by collaborating with various departments. You will monitor performance against budgets, assist in resolving engineering and vendor issues, and present program statuses to senior management. Your responsibilities will also include administrative management of product lines and ensuring compliance with contract security requirements.
About You
Required:
- Four-year college degree in a technical field (preferably industrial engineering) or business administration.
- Minimum of twelve years experience in management in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with personal computer software.
- Ability to perform responsibilities under high levels of stress and handle multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
