About the Role
As an Operations Director, you will coordinate and approve proposal activities, material and labor estimates, and ensure successful execution of programs. You will monitor performance against budgets, assist in resolving engineering and vendor issues, and communicate necessary information to operations departments. Additionally, you will participate in monthly reviews with senior management and ensure compliance with contract security requirements.
About You
Required:
- Four-year college degree in a technical field (preferably industrial engineering) or business administration.
- Minimum of twelve years experience in management in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with personal computer software.
- Ability to perform responsibilities under high levels of stress.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and planning.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
