About the Role
As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, analyze manufacturing and financial data, train employees on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant transformation initiatives. You will also provide project management leadership for CI pilots and may need to travel up to 20%.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of manufacturing CI experience.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma.
- Experience in data analytics using process and financial metrics.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
