About the Role
As an Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing executive operations, supporting sales efforts, creating content, coordinating recruiting, automating processes, and analyzing data. You will need to adapt quickly to changing priorities and juggle multiple responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
About You
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in a versatile role with multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and ambiguity.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools.
Preferred:
- Experience working with U.S. clients or in fintech/insurtech.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Experience using large language models (LLMs) for writing or research.
