As an Operations Intern, you will participate in a 12-week structured program that includes onboarding, mentorship, and professional development. You will shadow Account Managers, assist with client interactions, and execute a short-term project aligned with Client Services goals. The internship aims to build your professional skills through workshops and networking opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an anticipated graduation between December 2026 and Spring 2027.
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Account management or customer service background.
Preferred:
- Majors in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, Organizational Leadership, Finance and Accounting.
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for business correspondence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
