About the Role
As an Operations Labor, you will be responsible for unloading pallets, handling materials, unpacking boxes, disassembling small equipment, and performing light facility maintenance. You will also direct traffic of yard vehicles, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential, and you will be expected to organize materials effectively and dispose of waste appropriately.
About You
Required:
- Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills.
- Willingness to learn about sorting metal and maintaining equipment.
