About the Role
As an Operations Line Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing work assignments, schedules, and quality on the assembly line. Your essential functions will include providing direction to operators, performing quality checks, assisting with shipping and production planning, promoting safety, training team members, and facilitating communication between operators and technical teams. You will also identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvements.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of experience in the medical device industry
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Preferred:
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
