Inside Higher Ed is seeking an Operations Manager/Sr to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves developing and implementing processes for Learning Lab digital learning tools and simulations.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager/Sr, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing standard setup and delivery processes for Learning Lab digital learning tools. You will take ownership of simulation deliveries, lead in-class delivery of simulations, manage the delivery calendar, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaboration with Wharton Computing staff on cross-team projects is also a key aspect of this role.
About You
Required:
- C Level Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience, preferably in education with a focus on technology solutions delivery.
- Experience with technology-related events delivery.
Preferred:
- Experience managing the delivery of long-form simulations.
- Four years of experience for E/Sr. Level.
