NHOMS is seeking an Operations Manager – Clinical & Front Desk to join their team in Burlington, MA. The role involves overseeing the efficiency, productivity, and performance of clinical and front desk operations across assigned locations.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, operational compliance, and alignment with company policies. Your daily tasks will include supervising staff, conducting operational audits, maintaining patient satisfaction, and collaborating with the Senior Operations Manager to achieve organizational goals.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a healthcare or dental setting, preferably in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with proven ability to manage both clinical and administrative staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in practice management systems (Open Dental experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing patient-centered service environments.
- Familiarity with financial acumen and performance metrics.
