About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, supply chain management, or operations management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience in a capital equipment manufacturing organization.
- Master’s degree in business or a related area.
- Prior experience in a quality, purchasing, or operations role at an ITW division.
