About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the organization's operational activities, manage a team, evaluate business procedures, manage procurement processes, enhance customer support, review financial information, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also lead operational processes, design and improve policies, and coordinate between departments to meet customer expectations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field or equivalent years of experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated in-depth operations and support techniques and financial principles.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service).
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
