About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for tracking KPIs, managing clinic budgets, engaging with families, leading a team of 25-50 professionals, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring clinical excellence. You will also plan team events and collaborate with various department leaders to enhance operational quality.
About You
Required:
- At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
- High emotional intelligence to work effectively with children with developmental delays and their families.
- Strong communication skills among department leaders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
- Ability to create a positive team culture and drive engagement.
