About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, including production, materials management, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and KPI-driven operations.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, hardware, or technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; Oracle experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and lead high-performing teams.
