About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effectiveness of all warehouse processes, including inventory management, transportation, and customer service. You will lead a team of supervisors and office staff, maintain warehouse facilities, develop business relations with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety programs. Your role will also involve managing operational expenses, conducting regular meetings, and providing leadership through effective communication and objective setting.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business plus 2 years of warehouse/operations experience or 6 years of warehouse/operations experience.
Proven leadership skills in a supervisory warehouse or operational role.
Knowledgeable in material handling and inventory documentation.
Excellent math, accounting, and financial interpretation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Preferred:

Knowledge of budgeting, supply contracts, and shipping requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
