Summary
Cirtec Medical is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves providing leadership and support to all aspects of manufacturing to meet business needs and achieve company-wide goals.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring conformance to the company's quality system, planning and scheduling work assignments, determining employee resource requirements, and promoting a culture of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. You will also manage employee performance, coordinate with product development teams, and support quality during audits.
About You
Required:
- BS degree required.
- 8+ years of operational managerial experience in Medical Device or other highly regulated industry.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proven track record of training employees in productivity and safety.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees.
- Must be able to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP business functions.
- Working knowledge in finance for budgets and cost accounting.
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High commitment to customer satisfaction.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma Certification.
