- PMP Certification or similar operational/project credentials.
- Familiarity with AV systems, lighting control, or construction environments.
- Knowledge of ERP software and service dispatch systems.
- Experience working with trades, contractors, or technical teams.
- Experience working with HVAC, Plumbing, Security Systems, or IT.
