About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or operations analysis.
- Experience in a financial institution or service-oriented environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
