About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in operations/production manufacturing.
- In-depth understanding of production schedules, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- Experience in metal plating, coatings, anodizing, etching, or dipping.
- Familiarity with CNC machining, plastics and injection molding, paints and chemicals, automotive, and electronics.
