Summary
ITA International is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (Journeyman) to join their team in a hybrid position at the Pentagon. The role involves using advanced techniques to develop solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and cost-effectively.
About the Role
As an Operations Research Analyst, you will support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) by applying analytic, modeling, and simulation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include performing analyses, conducting research initiatives, developing technical solutions, and assisting in decision-making processes through data interpretation and modeling.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in conducting analyses of management and operational problems using Operations Research techniques.
- A Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in development of decision support tools in desktop/cloud environments.
- Skilled use of MS Excel with Visual Basic for Applications, Power BI, and other MS Office tools.
- Skilled with programming languages, including Java, Python, VBA, C++, or C-.
- Expertise with optimization and simulation analyses.
