Orion Health is seeking an Operations Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Minot, ND. The role involves providing first-level technical support in a 24/7/365 Service Center.
About the Role
As an Operations Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to and triaging issues related to alerts, emails, phone calls, and ticket queues. Your tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, acting as the single point of contact for users and clients, and ensuring adherence to Service Desk processes. You will also monitor critical business applications and services, participate in training, and maintain communication with various teams.
About You
Required:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in on-site Application support level.
- Associates/Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Network Protocols, Linux/Unix, Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Ticketing Systems.
- ITIL Knowledge or certification.
