Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Operations, SME Mechanical to join their team in Plano, TX. The role involves providing technical knowledge and tools to ensure efficient operations of critical environments as a Subject Matter Expert.
About the Role
As an Operations, SME Mechanical, you will be responsible for driving operational standards in capital projects, conducting training for operations personnel, providing technical analysis for site performance, and supporting global site operations teams. You will also engage in incident management, root cause analysis, and the evaluation of new technologies to enhance operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant mechanical industry experience or mechanical trade level experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 4+ years of relevant mechanical industry experience will be considered in lieu of 8+ years mechanical industry experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced experience with interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.
- Ability to analyze critical infrastructure sequence of operations, design parameters, alarms and indicators, and performance trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service acumen.
