About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will analyze and interpret complex servicing requests, partner with line of business leaders to understand client needs, perform general ledger reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements. You will exercise sound judgment in evaluating transactions and escalate issues as necessary to protect operational controls.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations or Loan Servicing within a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending products and servicing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to perform GL reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Mortgage Warehouse, specialty finance, or similar complex lending verticals.
- Operational maturity and business acumen.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
