About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will work under the supervision of the Business Operations Manager, responsible for managing lunch and recess activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a positive school culture. Your daily tasks will include setting up and cleaning food areas, collecting payments, supervising students, and implementing disciplinary procedures as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience managing and/or teaching groups of elementary-age students.
- Ability to learn laws, rules, practices, and procedures related to public education.
