About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading production teams, monitoring manufacturing processes, enforcing production schedules, and collaborating with various departments to resolve production issues. You will also conduct daily shift meetings, identify training needs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, machinery, and sanitation practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisor position leading teams.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English required.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools.
- Spanish language skills.
