About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day lottery processing operations, training staff, addressing escalations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to operating procedures. You will also support the retail store and assist with special projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of supervisory/lead experience.
- A minimum of a High School degree or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years older.
- Medium-level technological know-how with the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues.
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter mentality with sharp attention to detail.
