About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will supervise employees and day-to-day operations, ensuring that work performed in your functional area meets quality standards. You will assign work based on site needs, assist Operations Managers, track progress, manage discipline processes, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree and one (1) year of experience in visa operations support.
- Strong written and verbal command of the English language.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- One (1) year of supervisory experience may be substituted for visa operations support experience.
- An additional two years (2) of (similar) team management experience may be substituted for an Associates degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance.
