About You
- 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality).
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license; satisfactory driving record; and insurable under the company’s policy.
- Familiarity with the local market area.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain patience, de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to handle prolonged standing and walking.
