About the Role
As the Operations Support Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, supporting HSE goals, and collaborating with engineers, technicians, and IT. Your tasks will include reviewing batch records, authoring investigations, leading cross-functional teams, and developing training tools. You will also ensure consistency across shifts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a support organization such as Quality or Engineering.
- Flexibility to attend meetings or support off-shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Career interests in Operations Leadership.
